Domestic Order Returns (Australia)

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item for an exchange or refund.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated once your item arrives at our warehouse and is processed by our Returns Team.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take 1–3 business days to reflect the amount in your account.

Exchange Process

  • Exchange orders are created once your item arrives and is processed by our Returns Team.
  • If a replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Refund & Return Policy

At Rhinox Active, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you would like to return your product and it is unused and in its original condition, we are happy to accept the return within15 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following:

  • The item must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns (non-defective items).

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time to post.

Important Notes

  • Ensure all items received are correct. If you receive an incorrect item, do not open it. Opened or tampered items will not be accepted for returns or refunds.
  • If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 4 days of delivery with proof (e.g., photos of the damaged item). Do not dispose of the item, as it may be required for inspection.
