At Rhinox Active, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, our straightforward return policy is designed to make the process easy and stress-free.
Domestic Order Returns (Australia)

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item for an exchange or refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated once your item arrives at our warehouse and is processed by our Returns Team.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take 1–3 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
Exchange Process
- Exchange orders are created once your item arrives and is processed by our Returns Team.
- If a replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit at our discretion.
If your item cannot be processed through the Returns Portal, please contact us via our support page.
Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 15 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items

Refunds

- Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time to post.

Important Notes
- Ensure all items received are correct. If you receive an incorrect item, do not open it. Opened or tampered items will not be accepted for returns or refunds.
- If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 4 days of delivery with proof (e.g., photos of the damaged item). Do not dispose of the item, as it may be required for inspection.
