DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

Rhinox Australia make deliveries both Australia & Worldwide. 

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

If your delivery method is made by Australia Post your order can be delivered to PO Boxes or target destination with Free Shipping Standard Cost. If another courier option they may or may not enable PO Box Delivery. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International delivery times will be 15-20 business days.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

 

We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home responsibility for your order is yours but contact us immediately in our website.

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived please send us a message here on our website.

DELIVERY TIMES

 

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-14 days for domestic and 3-20 business days for international.
