DELIVERY INFORMATION

We process all orders within 1–4 business days so your items can start moving as soon as possible.

Delivery Timeframe:
Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

High Order Volume:
We’re currently receiving more orders than usual, but our team is working hard to send everything out fast. Thank you for your patience. This helps us continue offering quality products at fair prices.

Out of Stock Notice:
Sometimes certain items run out quickly due to high demand. If this happens, we will contact you right away with the next steps. You can choose to wait for restock, switch to another item, or request a refund.

Business Days:
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so we offer customers the ability to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible if the order has already been processed, packed, and a shipping label has been created.

Once an order reaches this stage:
✅ The parcel has been prepared for dispatch
✅ Postage labels have been printed/allocated
✅ Courier pickup has been scheduled

Because the parcel is already in the shipping workflow, we are unable to intercept or cancel it.

If you no longer wish to keep the item once delivered, you may return within 30 days after you received the order in accordance with our Returns Policy.


Order Processing

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation as proof of purchase. Please keep this email for reference.
  • If you choose to have your order left unattended upon delivery, responsibility for the package lies with you. For any concerns, contact us immediately via our support page.

Tracking Orders

All orders come with tracking for your convenience. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
