Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโ€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, weโ€™ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds or replacements for defective items require the product to be returned for inspection. Refunds are only issued once the product has been returned.
No return = no refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days, as long as it meets the eligibility criteria above.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using tracked postage to ensure safe delivery back to our warehouse.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. Items must be in the same condition, unused, with tags and packaging.


Refunds

We will notify you once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Additional Terms

Return-Before-Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the item has been returned and inspected by our team.
If a customer refuses to return the item, a refund will not be issued.


Refund Abuse Prevention

If a customer requests a refund or files a dispute but refuses to return the product, or repeatedly opens claims without valid reason, Rhinox Active reserves the right to:

  • Refuse future refunds, and/or

  • Decline future purchases from that customer.

If a customer files a dispute through Afterpay, PayPal, or their bank, all communication regarding that order must occur through that dispute platform.


Liability & Use-At-Own-Risk Disclaimer

By purchasing and using our products, the customer agrees to use them responsibly and follow all instructions provided.

Fitness products involve physical activity, and the user accepts all risk associated with use.


Rhinox Active is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from:

  • Misuse of the product

  • Ignoring instructions

  • Modifying the product

If discomfort or injury occurs, stop using the product immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
