At Rhinox Active, you have 15 days from the delivery date to return an item for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds are processed once your return is received and approved by our team. They are issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. You’ll be notified by email once your refund is on the way.
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If you need a replacement, contact us at hello@rhinoxactive.com.au.
For change-of-mind returns, you are welcome to return eligible items within 15 days, but return shipping is at your own cost. We recommend using tracked shipping for peace of mind.
